Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us. In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services, which is why there is no cookie banner. The German version is legally binding.

2. Data protection officer

We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer. For questions about data protection, please contact us at info@justselling.de.

3. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

To exercise your rights, simply write to info@justselling.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg. We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after 30 days unless it is needed longer to investigate a security incident. The connection to the website is encrypted with TLS.

5. No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies or store any information on your device. We do not use web analytics, advertising or remarketing services, or embedded third-party content such as videos or maps. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.

6. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

We serve the font “Roboto Slab” from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties.

For headings we use the font “museo-sans-rounded” via the Adobe Fonts service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Park, Dublin 24, Ireland. When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the font from Adobe's servers, which transmits your IP address to Adobe. According to Adobe, no cookies are set and the data is not used for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent visual identity (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: Adobe Fonts privacy information.

7. Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we process topic, name, email address and message, and optionally company and phone number, to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry is stored on our server and forwarded to our team by email. We automatically delete the enquiry stored in the form system after 90 days. We do not store your IP address, only a hash value that we use to limit the number of enquiries per connection.

8. Spam protection

We protect the contact form in two steps. First on our own server: a field invisible to humans, a minimum time to fill in the form and a limit on enquiries per minute. No cookies are set and no third-party services are loaded.

We then have the content of the enquiry (topic, name, company, email address, phone number, message) automatically classified as a genuine enquiry or spam by an AI model of Anthropic PBC (548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Messages recognised as spam are not forwarded to our team; we store them for the period stated above so that we can review misclassifications. We have a data processing agreement with Anthropic. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an abuse-free contact channel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time or simply email us directly instead.

9. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to configento.app and to our customers' websites, among others. These are plain links; data is only transferred when you click a link and open the respective site.

11. Transfers to third countries

Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd. belongs to Adobe Inc. in the USA; processing there cannot be ruled out. Adobe Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). We base the transfer to Anthropic PBC, which is not certified, on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

12. Storage period

Unless a specific period is stated in this policy, we store personal data only for as long as required for the respective purpose. Data subject to commercial or tax retention obligations is kept for the legally required period of up to ten years.
