Because we also develop your shop software, you have one contact for everything: when there is a problem, there is no back and forth between hosting provider and agency.
Security and data protection
Data in Germany only
All data is stored exclusively in data centres in Germany – protected by German data protection law. Confirmed by the “Software Hosted in Germany” seal of the German Federal Association for SMEs in IT (BITMi).
ISO 27001
We host in Hetzner's German data centres. Hetzner is certified to DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – independently audited information security for infrastructure, operations and data centres.
Active security management
Hardened servers, firewalls and continuous patch management for operating system and database. We apply security patches for your shop software promptly after release.
Pharos: detecting attacks before they cause damage
Attacks on online shops are becoming more targeted: code injected into the checkout, hidden backdoors, tampered files. That is why we monitor our servers with Pharos, our own control centre for security and operations.
- Intrusion detection: hourly checks for typical signs of attack – backdoor accounts, web shells, tampered system programs, skimmer code in the shop
- Code comparison: any file in the shop that did not come from a regular deployment is reported immediately
- Hardening: blocks for typical web shell loaders, SSH with keys only, verified system packages
- Operations in view: security updates, services, certificates, disk space and backups are checked continuously
- No blind spots: if a check stops reporting, Pharos raises the alarm itself – the control centre is only reachable via VPN
